These two!!! Aliah & Colin's engagement session was my very last session of 2018 and they were AMAZING y'all!
When Aliah first contacted me about shooting their wedding, she asked me the most refreshing questions about my approach to photography and why I shoot weddings. She really wanted to be sure she chose a Photographer that they clicked with for their special day and when they decided that person was me, I did a back flip....or dance. I knew that if they cared that much about finding the right person that they were my kind of people!
We met at Cafe Drip for a sweet, cozy coffee shop session. It was filled with so much laughter, great conversation and topped off with dancing....the way to my heart! The chemistry these two have is palpable, the way they look at each other, how easily they make each other laugh - I mean I think anyone who knows them would agree that they are incredible together and so darn lovable! Not to mention they were so easy going and up for all of my crazy ideas.
After our hilarious, chatter filled session at Cafe Drip, we headed to the Willow on Wascana - IT WAS COLD! We took approximately 17 minutes worth of photos before I am sure frost bite was about to set in. These two were the best sports and laughed and cuddled the whole time.
Aliah & Colin, thank you for the best send off into 2019! July can't come soon enough!
